Our management team consists of staff with over twenty years of experience. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. All employees are I-CAR certified, and many employees hold an I-CAR Platinum Individual certification. In addition, all personnel participate in ongoing training and attend I-CAR seminars to stay current with the constantly changing auto industry. Our customer service representatives eagerly offer our clients assistance in every way possible.

Hiten

Hiten

Hiten is the owner and General Manager of Quality Assured Collision Center. Prior to purchasing his own shop, Hiten managed a medium sized shop for over seven (7) years. Hiten's sole purpose in life is to make his customers happy (therefore you may even see him come to pick you up or deliver your car to your house or work location!!). To accomplish this goal, Hiten has successfully implemented numerous customer service and quality management initiatives since purchasing the shop in 2007.

Hiten earned his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton (Go Titans!!), and currently resides in Brea. In his free time Hiten enjoys spending time with his three wives, a beautiful 1969 Jaguar Coupe, a red-hot 1994 Acura NSX, and a girl from South America. Like Rocky, Hiten also enjoys libations of the brewed kind, but he prefers distilled libations of the Scottish kind.

Dara

Dara has been in the Automotive industry for over five (5) years, the last three (3) with Quality Assured Collision Center. He has earned the I-CAR Platinum Status, the highest industry standard one can reach (in other words, he has completed over 10 I-CAR autobody work related courses and he attends at least three (3) new/renewal courses every year!). His expertise is in damage analysis and parts ordering.

Dara was born in Cambodia, but has lived in the Long Beach region for over 26 years. In his free time Dara enjoys spending time with his son, bbq'ing, or drinking libations of the brewed kind!
